Are leads a monthly limit?

No. The lead count is a practical estimate based on typical usage. Actual usage depends on the number and length of conversations.

What happens if I exceed the token allowance?

Nacho does not stop. Extra tokens cost €3 per million and are billed proportionally; for example, 250,000 extra tokens cost €0.75.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You manage the subscription in your Nacho workspace. Add capacity as you grow; a downgrade takes effect in the next billing period.

Does Starter use the same AI as Scale?

Yes. Every plan includes the same Nacho AI system, communication channels, replies and sales follow-ups. Only the included capacity changes.

Is VAT added to the price?

No VAT is added to the listed prices. The subscription renews monthly.

What happens after I choose a plan?

You enter a short onboarding where Nacho learns your business, offer and sales process. Secure payment is completed in the final step.
